Refund, Cancellation, Return, and Shipping Policy

This Refund, Cancellation, Return, and Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Nisarga En-Tech Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") accepts and processes orders placed by customers ("Customer", "you", or "your") through our website and/or authorized sales channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 An order may be cancelled by the Customer within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed for dispatch. No cancellation fee shall apply in such cases.

1.2 Where an order is cancelled after the product status has changed to "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", the Company reserves the right to levy a cancellation fee as follows:
● Order status "Shipped" – 10% of the total order value.
● Order status "Out for Delivery" – 30% of the total order value.

1.3 No cancellations will be entertained once the order has been delivered to the Customer.

2. Return Policy
2.1 The Company does not accept any returns once the product has been successfully delivered to the Customer.

2.2 Products are shipped at the Customer's sole risk. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or defect caused to the product during transit by third-party logistics or courier service providers.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds are applicable only in cases where a valid cancellation has been made in accordance with Clause 1 of this Policy.

3.2 Upon acceptance of a cancellation request, the refund shall be initiated after deducting the applicable cancellation fee (if any).

3.3 Refunds shall be made to the original source account used at the time of purchase.

3.4 Once initiated by the Company, refunds are expected to reflect in the Customer's account within 7–15 (seven to fifteen) business days, subject to the timelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Customer's payment service provider.

3.5 In the event that the Company is unable to deliver the ordered product(s) due to any reason whatsoever, the Company shall, at its discretion, either (a) process a refund via the same mode of payment, or (b) provide credit in the Customer's account equivalent to the value of the undelivered product(s), within 90 (ninety) business days.

4. Delivery & Shipping Policy
4.1 The Customer shall ensure that the delivery address and other details provided at the time of placing the order are true, complete, and accurate in all respects.

4.2 In the event of a failed or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information, or due to the unavailability of the Customer or recipient at the delivery address, any additional charges incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

4.3 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused to the product(s) while in the custody of third-party logistics providers or during transit.

4.4 The Customer agrees to provide a valid phone number and email address when placing the order. By providing such contact details, the Customer consents to receive communications from the Company in relation to the order, shipment, or delivery status.

4.5 Unless expressly denied in writing by the Customer, the Company reserves the right to use the Customer's contact information for the purpose of providing promotional updates and offers.

5. Amendments
5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being published on the Company's website.

6. Governing Law
6.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka].
